Arrived on time. Looks great on the wall above our dining table. Relatively easy to assemble although the picture diagrams could be clearer.
The locker was so easy to build and looks so lovely in the house. There were some pieces that have arrived damaged from transit unfortunately but customer service were quick to resolve it for me and I was very happy with the service.
I had been looking to buy the Mustard brand version of this for a while, and then came across UL and thought I’d give it a try. Very happy with my purchase! Excellent finish, very straightforward assembly (2 people needed). Would recommend at this price.
Great products.
Fair prices.
Fast delivery service.
Friendly communication.
Great customer service.
Sturdy and smart! Swiftly delivered too! 😎
Very pleased with The Windsor. Easy to put together. So easy to hang on the wall using the template provided. A really lovely piece and looks great. Gave 4 stars rather than 5 only because the drawers dont run as smoothly as I'd hoped.
I absolutely love the locker. Easy to put together. Shipped extremely fast to Germany ! I love it.
Arrived within a few days, easy to put together, solid structure, looks great…. what more can you ask for?!
I ordered the Mayfair and the side table. The side table was great and was easy to assemble but the Mayfair wardrobe arrived with damaged and burst panels that would not fit together
I love the Camden locker - I brought it in the lilac colour and it looks better in person than it does in the pictures. The build wasn’t as straight forward as the other reviews mention - it would have been easier if the parts had numbers for which sides needed to face the front vs back. But overall it wasn’t the worst. I also had some issues with the parts and urban customer service was great in handling it. I would definitely recommend
Customer service was helpful before the purchase and during delivery (some problems caused by Fedex)! I love the product! Assembly was easy and I finally have a pretty sideboard for my files.
Fast delivery, easy construction, nice quality - we are very happy!
We are really impressed by the quality of these drawers. We’d previously bought a wardrobe of similar design from another manufacturer but this is much better with thoughtful design elements like the feet which can be adjusted. We were so impressed we’ve now ordered a replacement wardrobe and storage unit.
Very happy with the product when it arrived, assembly was relatively straight forward though we had to adjust the lid as it wouldn’t slot in with out some alteration. Delivery was expensive and did not arrive when stated, the courier does not provide timely or accurate updates. Very happy with the locker itself though
Brilliant !!!!! Arrived quickly packaged so well and super easy to out together and look stunning will be buying further items without a doubt
Fantastic piece, easy to build and looks great in our room
Envoi du produit tres rapide ! Bon conditionnement et produit conforme et Top ! Je recommande !
No problems with ordering and delivery of above unit. Even though we are not ready for fitting the unit into the daughters bathroom we opened and inspected the packaging and everything looks fine. The unit itself within the box looks amazing. Would recommend to others and we look forward to the install and use. Paul Webster.
